It has always bothered me just how loud, congested & stressful a traditional pet salon experience can be for our pets. So I decided that the best thing I could do for my Doggy Friends (and Myself) was to offer a relaxing spa experience right from the quiet & comfort of my very own Mobile spa!

Grooming appointments typically last anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours , for pets who are groomed regularly every 4-8 weeks. The duration of grooming appointment times generally depend on the service , behavior, size and hair thickness of your pet.

Hello, my name is Candice. I started my pet care career in 2003 as a bather, 1 year later trained as Pet Stylist and was certified in 2004.
I am highly knowledgeable, creative and detailed oriented with more than 15 years experience in providing professional grooming services.
I take pride in what I do and do it passionately! I care about you and your pet. I strive to meet my customers every need and pride myself on customer satisfaction.

WHAT IS CAGE-FREE GROOMING?
A service where pets are not placed in cages/kennels or crates for drying or waiting.
They receive one-on-one service without interruption from start to finish.
Grooming should be complete within 2 hours or less

Traditional groom shop salon environments
can be loud & congested, Fur- Clients are stored in a crate/cage/kennel for several hours waiting for their chance to get groomed or to be sent home.
For some pet's this can be very stressful.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Cash & Credit/Debit Cards with visa and master card logo Only. paypal cash app google pay zelle are accepted aswell
HOW DOES AN APPOINTMENT WORK? CAN I BE LATE?
I only offer private grooming sessions, cage free. After making an appointment, on time arrival and pick up is important just like at the barber or hairstylist. If you are not home , please call to prevent an unnecessary trip to arrival destination. There is a possibility that we will have to reschedule the appointment to prevent running into the next client’s appointments throughout the day. This will include a $30 missed appointment fee on your next visit if you decide to reschedule. It’s a chain reaction for everyone which is a downside of private appointments. Repeat tardies will be addressed and given limited options future appointments.

I HAVE MULTIPLE PETS, IS THIS A PROBLEM?
Not a problem at all. I will take appropriate time for multiple pets so that they can come in together if needed and leave together or each fur-babe can have there very own private spa session its up to you to decide.
I WORK, CAN I LEAVE MY DOG WITH YOU WHILE I’M AT WORK?
All pets must be picked up immediately after grooming and/or agreed pick up time . There are local area groomers to chose from that will hold your pet for you for a number of hours free of charge which is a plus having cages. Cage free grooming is a minority and not for everyone.
MY DOG IS MATTED AND I DON’T WANT HIM SHAVED?
You have options. You can get multiple opinions from different groomers. I will dematt your fur-babe only if their comfort is not at risk. Dematting can be painful and some groomers will not put your pet through pain regardless of cost. while others may charge you regardless of how much your dog screams, Just to keep your business. Go with your gut about the situation and remember its just Hair it will grow back. Comfort before Vanity....
WHAT’S THE APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY?
There is no minimum needed to cancel however as Courtesy i do ask for as soon as you know at least 24 hrs notice The sooner you know the better for both parties .. i do understand things come up ..This Gives me time to get a new appointment to replace it with someone in waiting .. No call, no response will assess a cancellation fee of of $50 or you taken of the schedule completely
WHERE DO YOU GROOM OUR PETS?
All the equipment that is needed to groom your Fur-Baby in the Comfort and Quiet OF MY Mobile Spa.
DO YOU NEED TO USE MY WATER AND ELECTRICITY.
No. I have my own 75 gallon fresh heated water and electricity from a generator..
However in case rare technical difficulties, I may need to use your water or plug-in to use electricity. You will receive a $10 discounted for the inconvenience
